Quinn’s Lunches: LAST ONE!

Before I share Quinn’s last day of school and our “Hello Summer Party,” I thought I’d show you my MOST impressive lunch yet!…Try NOT to be jealous of Q and don’t judge me for ALL of the time and heart I put into making this spectacular lunch…

Isn’t it amazing!? And, sadly, HE LOVED IT! What’s a mom to do!? I even used the lunch bag that they sent home with him to remind us to back a disposable lunch. ha.

Anyway, I did have MORE fun making his lunches this year and look forward to getting to do it all over again next year. Sure, they got less and less creative as the year went on…but, he loved them all the same. Be sure to get an Easy Lunchbox for your little school kiddo for next year…or, better yet, get them now and use them all summer! I couldn’t be happier with this product…

Quinn’s Lunches: Easter Edition

If you care to see Quinn’s lunches on a regular basis, I’m sorry that I’ve fizzled a bit. Yes, he’s still getting lunches…and, sure, they’re kinda cute….BUT…the thought of taking pictures and posting them to the blog when they’re “just OK” seems silly. …

Anyway, this week, I was pretty proud of Q’s lunches. And he LOVED them! {And, I used the Easy Lunchboxes each time! They gave me lots of room to be creative!}

Lunch#1: When we got back from being out of town, our food supply was quite sad. But, I got creative and decided to give Q a fun snacky lunch. Inside the eggs are PB crackers, raisins, carrot sticks, and apple slices. And, a fun marshmallow friend was there hiding in the eggs as well! April 17-20 002

Lunch #2: A PB bunny sandwich on a sandwich round. (with Pringles sticks whiskers, skittles eyes and cheese stick bow tie. And, the bakery at Wal-Mart is still kind enough to let me pick 12 little cupcake toppers for a dollar. I get so excited when they have new ones! April 17-20 008

April 17-20 011

Lunch #3: I made this one for Quinn’s “Flower on the Cross” day at school. And, Nash’s baby food container has pepperonis and cheese cubes…and a message on top! Also, be sure to make these fun cookies soon! Such a hit!!!

Quinn’s Lunches: Week 21, 22 & 23

I must admit that the lunches are getting a little less spectacular. But, I’m still enjoying adding a few little touches that make them fun for my big boy! And, the more fun they are, the better he eats!!!

This one had my homemade peanut butter banana bread! Quinn asked for it over and over again!…March 1-4 007
Adding the candy coated popcorn was fun for a few days!!!…

Quinn’s Lunches: Weeks 19 & 20

Due to snow and sickness, packing lunch packing has been very sporadic. I was disappointed to not get to make more Valentine's lunches…but had fun with the few that I got to make. And, I’ve LOVED using my Easy Lunchboxes lately. They seem to make it easier to be creative!

Quinn’s Lunches: Week 16

I had an off lunch week! After the sickness that went on at our house, I just wasn’t very motivated to muster up a super creative lunch. But, thanks to the Goodbyn, even an ordinary lunch looks pretty fabulous.

Nothing like these, though!!!…

MERCY ME!!! I thought about pretending that these were Quinn’s lunches this week, but surely you wouldn't have believed me! Those of you that think I’m crazy just found a new definition for “CRAZY!” If I made lunches that looked like these, I wouldn’t let ANYONE eat them! WOW!!!

But, here are my sad little attempts this week…
Lunch #1: At least Q’s PB sandwich was happy. And, Quinn loved his hair!

Quinn’s Lunches: Week 15

Crazy enough, we only had two lunches again this week! Monday was a SNOW DAY!!!

Lunch #1: Because of the snow that still lingers all over, I found it only appropriate to have a snow man lunch. Quinn couldn’t wait to tell me about it when I picked him up! He loved his party hat! Of course he loved all of the sweets he got today…marshmallows and jelly beans! And, I used the Easy Lunchboxes today! I love how it gave me plenty of space to make my little snow scene!

Lunch #2: Let’s just say we “had a morning!” Getting ready and getting out the door seemed to be near impossible! So, the lunch is nothing impressive. Quinn’s Lunches: Week 12

So many people ask me how/why I do these fun lunches for Quinn! And, this week, my answer was confirmed. …

Quinn told me that he wants a cool “Quinn Gingerbread boy” in his lunch sometime soon. I asked him why…and he responded with… “because I love my cool lunches!” … See…that’s why! :)

And, here are his lunches this week. Bring on the fun Christmas stuff!!!…

Lunch #1: These Tollhouse Stacker crackers are SO cute…and it was so easy to outline the Christmas pictures with my food safe markers. Quinn was anxious to tell me all about them when I picked him up from school that day. Williford Fam 2010 032

Lunch #2: We got super excited when we found these Christmas shaped pretzels at Wal-Mart. And, I had fun making his “JOY” sandwich…with skittles filling the O. The little containers filled with pickles and oranges were from the burger place, Twisted Root, that just opened by us. (I don’t think they’ll mind that I took a few!)  Williford Fam 2010 058
Lunch #3: C Lunch…carrots, C cheese, candy cane kiss, candy cane sandwich and crackers, cars snacks, cranberries and C crackers. Dec 9 005 Dec 9 006  And, for C day, it was Crazy Hair Day! Look at my crazy haired guy! :) crazy hair Dec 9 010
