Quinn’s Lunches: Easter Edition

If you care to see Quinn’s lunches on a regular basis, I’m sorry that I’ve fizzled a bit. Yes, he’s still getting lunches…and, sure, they’re kinda cute….BUT…the thought of taking pictures and posting them to the blog when they’re “just OK” seems silly. …

Anyway, this week, I was pretty proud of Q’s lunches. And he LOVED them! {And, I used the Easy Lunchboxes each time! They gave me lots of room to be creative!}

Lunch#1: When we got back from being out of town, our food supply was quite sad. But, I got creative and decided to give Q a fun snacky lunch. Inside the eggs are PB crackers, raisins, carrot sticks, and apple slices. And, a fun marshmallow friend was there hiding in the eggs as well! April 17-20 002

Lunch #2: A PB bunny sandwich on a sandwich round. (with Pringles sticks whiskers, skittles eyes and cheese stick bow tie. And, the bakery at Wal-Mart is still kind enough to let me pick 12 little cupcake toppers for a dollar. I get so excited when they have new ones! April 17-20 008

Lunch #3: I made this one for Quinn’s “Flower on the Cross” day at school. And, Nash’s baby food container has pepperonis and cheese cubes…and a message on top! Also, be sure to make these fun cookies soon! Such a hit!!!

I know you probably won't want to hear this, but way to freak out a kid. I must say I'm pretty shocked that you choose to write this in your kid's lunch box. How about just letting him know that Jesus loves him? If I were a kid I would be scared if I read this when I opened my lunch box, not comforted. Just trying to see this from a kid's perspective.
