“I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in.” ~George Washington Carver

On Sunday and Monday, Matt and I were able to get away (with the boys having a blast at our house with Nana & Pawpaw) and head to “Lost Creek Ranch” with some of the college kids from our church. It was such a nice time of relaxation, reading, cooking, fishing, golf cart exploring, eating, laughing, talking and enjoying God’s beautiful world. There’s something about being out in nature that seems to bring me even closer to Him. The miracle of the trees, the sun rising and setting and the beauty in the wildflowers is something I TOO often take for granted.  Sometimes it’s just good to get away to be reminded! mid May 061

I totally saw y'all at WalMart on Sunday and debated whether or not to say something, but decided not to for fear of looking like a total creeper. Ha!

Where is this located? Is this a retreat center? My husband is a pastor in Mansfield at FBC and we are looking for a place to rent for a retreat.
