Houston Memories: Part 2

After a day of visiting a REAL space shuttle, shopping and a late nap for the Nasher, we all headed to Minute Maid Park to watch the Houston Astros play! We were so excited to meet Boogie, Derin, Michael and Ava there…and to enjoy a game IN THE AIR CONDITIONONG! {Which, if you ask me, is a pretty AMAZING way to watch a game!}





 
Crazy enough, we had an entire section pretty much to ourselves. Despite one fall that Nash made backwards (scared a Momma to death!), we had a fabulous time…Hotdogs, Astros cookies, Cracker Jacks, a visit from the mascot and more. The kiddos loved the sights and sounds of the game…especially the train that would move across the stadium when the Astros scored. We laughed and played and had such a great time. And, the icing on the cake was when Matt and Michael had a special “Happy Birthday” message for everyone to see.
   

 

 



 

 


After a SUPER fast game, we went back to Nana and Pawpaw’s house so that we could wake up to have even more fun! Who would ever pass up donuts for breakfast…and more fun with cousins!
