On top of making pumpkin play-doh, fun cupcakes and pumpkin granola, we’ve done all kinds of fun pumpkin things around our house!!!

First, we had MORE fun with our fun Jack-o-Lantern pizza from Papa Murphy’s! (Thanks, Amy, for telling us about it!!) Quinn was TOO excited to watch it bake and then eat it all up! And, for only $6.99, it was a wonderfully cheap dinner! I hope to get one more before Halloween!!!

 

Then, last week, we had our pumpkin hunt at school! It was the first event that the family got to attend…and Quinn was so excited to have us there watching him. Sweet boy even thanked Daddy for coming to watch him! We enjoyed seeing him with his friends!!!…and watching him do all of the fun obstacle course games.

And, last but not least, we got to go to the Pumpkin Patch as a family! Sadly, we didn’t get to go on the first planned trip due to Q being sick…and the second got nixed because Mommy got stupid Mastitis for the second time…

But, just two days before Halloween, we made it happen! Since we waited so late in the season to go, the crowds were slim, but so were the pumpkins! I think we got the last 3 in the patch! :)… But, the weather was perfect and I’m so glad we didn’t miss out on going this year.

The hayride was Q’s favorite part…The little story they had about missing “Farmer Frank” kept him very interested and the scenery really was pretty!

P.S. I did the “Color Pop” on these pics and I feel like they are extra “color poppy!” Wow! The orange kinda hurts my eyes!
