Quinn’s Garden: Muffin Tin Munchies

Before I found the regular muffin tin, I found this weird popover pan at Ross for $4.99. I thought it would be fun to use for Muffin Tin Munchies. So, when we had Taco Salad for dinner, I used it to make Quinn his very own garden. The individual sections looked like little pots and I made signs that looked like seed packets/garden signs. What he ate really needs no explanation (except for the dirt…that was crushed up Oreos!) since it’s all labeled. Crazy enough, Quinn ate a good amount of his beans & meat, a few pieces of lettuce and quite a bit of corn! I was SHOCKED! Of course the strawberries and “dirt” were the BEST and the tomatoes got NO attention! But, he was so excited about the presentation! It’s so cute how much he loves this! :) …And, if it makes him start to eat veggies, I’m MORE than willing to make it fun!…
