Today, Quinn had his very first soccer class! We’re taking the class through Soccer Tots with five other little 2 year old (ish) buddies! And, after much anticipation…for Q and for Mommy…the class DID NOT disappoint! It was as precious as I hoped that it would be and started teaching Quinn all about following directions and soccer skills! Our coach, Coach T, was so patient and age appropriate with the boys! I loved watching Quinn run and kick the ball in the “monkey house,” sit on his own “spot,” kick over cones and then put them back up by just using his feet, stretch, and chase mommy with a noodle! But, let me just say that this Soccer Mom was EXHAUTED and sweaty after it was all said and done…but it was so worth it! When we got in the car, Quinn said, “kank ku, Mommy, for soccer. It was so fun!” I love him and look forward to a fall full of teamwork and soccer fun with fun friends!…
STRRRRR----EETTCHHHH----INGGGG!!!…
Water break!… Who doesn’t love the parachute?… Waiting in line to kick the ball in the goal!… Our “team”!!!… At the end of class, Coach T had them stack their hands and say, “one, two, three…SOCCER TOTS!”…And, a few end of class stamps for a job well done!…
Now, this soccer mom is off to take a nap! :)

So cute! I wish there was some place in my area for a class more appropriate for little boys.
We are signed up to start this next week (thanks to Lyric's post the other day), and I'm SO pumped! I was a soccer player for years, and was all over this!! Can't wait.
p.s. I'm loving Q's longer hairstyle lately... super cute.
Oh my goodness, would Creighton and his little buddies ever love a class like soccer tots! I'm going to have to check the Waco area and see if they have something for us! That looks too fun!
Awwww, I SO wish we had known about this - Blake would have definitely be in! Very fun.

So much fun!! Mason plays his first real soccer game at the end of Sept. I can't wait to see them all run around in a clump trying to kick the ball. What a great program to get them ready for the field :)
