The Big One with Red Shoes

Recently, I have debated and debated whether I wanted to have Quinn's picture made with the Easter Bunny or the real bunnies this year. I couldn't decide if it was worth the extra money to go see the precious real ones, or if I should stick with our tradition and go see the one at the mall. ...After fretting over it for way too long, I finally decided to ask Quinn what he wanted. I showed him the picture of himself with the Easter Bunny last year and then showed him a picture of our friend, Cole, with the real bunnies this year. After looking and talking about them both for some time, he came to the conclusion that he wanted to "squeeze" the "big one with red shoes like Quinn's!" So, our decision was made!!! ...And, the meeting of Q and "the big one" was more precious than I could have imagined! He really wasn't scared at all {a little timid, but not scared} and was totally ok with sitting by the Easter Bunny to smile for a picture! He even gave the bunny knuckles and a high five! ...I was so proud of him since this is pretty out of character! ...Here is the sweet picture... ...

And, here's my sweet little man from this time last year...

And, here's some more from our day...waiting for the bunny (Q was so excited when he finally got there..."Here he is," he said!!!) , seeing the bunny and then going to yummy Babe's for lunch! Mmmmm MMMMMM!!!

Giving knuckles to the E.B.... Lunch at Babe's... Can't leave home without a train...or two...or three...or more...

Very impressive that he sat so close to the Easter bunny and didn't cry!! Maybe he's got a future in show business??? My kids cry just walking by the bunny at the mall and I'm not brave enough to get them any closer.
