The COLORS of Safety Town

On Monday, after a very wrong turn and a super long route, Quinn and I arrived 45 minutes late to playgroup at Safety Town. Even though we missed out on a "really awesome" fire station tour, we had a great time playing in the safest town ever with our friends...

And, here is Q's interpretation of the colors of Safety Town...

Red=STOP
... yeah right!? Are you crazy!? I don't have to follow that rule yet! I'm almost 2! I don't stop for anything!
Unless we're taking a picture in front of a super cool fire truck with a big RED stripe! I'll totally stop then...especially when all of those crazy mommies are singing that Itsy Bitsy Spider song again! ...And, I'll for sure stop to play with a cool bell with my buddy, Porter!
Yellow=Yield
...ok, I can do that! Especially when I'm not 100% sure where I'm going and if that is taking me somewhere too far away from my momma!
And, I'll yield when I come across something cool like this yellow fire hydrant! But, not for long...just enough to see it and move on to the next cool thing!

Green=GO!!!!
...That's what I do best! I GO, GO, GO!!!
Especially when it means GOING with my friends to the rock pile! What's cooler than that!?
Thanks, friends, for a fun time at Safety Town!
{the "original three"...Reid, Quinn & Tanner}
