A Boo-tiful Night

Halloween '08 was just as much fun as Halloween '07! Last year, Q was so little and precious as a little monkey, but this year, he was so cool as a HipHop dude and enjoyed things so much more (minus the hat)! Even though Halloween and scary things are not really my favorite, I do love being a Mommy on this day...it's a fun day of memories, for sure...

Here's what Quinn gave away this year...It was a hit...
Sweet friends...
Cole R.{Sweet little ghost}***Emerson{Football/player...to go with her Big Sister Cheerleader}***Abigail{ladybug***Noah{Parrot...to go with his big brothers that were pirates}

Cole M.{frog}***Lily{Ballerina}***Ellie{Blonde Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader}

Cruse {he and big brother, Cade, were SWAT guys}...

{So typical...}

So much fun...

Our church hosted another great Fall Festival this year and the weather was beautiful! Quinn loved the train...he was so excited to watch it and made all kinds of train noises as we waited in line. He made it very clear that he wanted to ride in the "boo" car and, even though he was ready for the ride to end about halfway through, he still talks about the "Boo choo choo" to this day!

Crazy Slickpaw...can you believe he actually made them stop so he could take this picture...if you know my dad, it doesn't surprise you at all...

The petting zoo was a huge hit with my little guy...he loved the "munnies" and the baby goat so much. The lemur was also a cool addition to the petting zoo...But, the highlight of this station had to be when Q stuck his finger in a goat's hiney...yep...the joys of having a boy keep coming!!!...

Q also got to ride on his first pony...we weren't sure if he would love it or hate it..and were so thrilled when he loved it. As soon as they stopped, he said "gain!" Quinn's pony was named Cookie Monster and was so sweet...

So sweet...

Quinn was so cuddly and sweet all evening...and we rarely turn that away! He loved everything, but would sometimes get a little nervous about all of the things he was seeing and would need a "huck" and a "queeze!" (squeeze) It was a great night full of fun, family and friends...and too much candy!!!

Hats off to another fun Halloween...See ya next year...I wonder what Quinn will be!?!?...
