If you knew how long it had been since we’d made the trip to Nana and Pawpaw’s house, you’d be SHOCKED! I’m embarrassed to say!!! Let’s just say it had been WAY too long!! So, when Matt got the opportunity to speak at a church down the street from their house, we were excited to go! …And, despite the long and not fun drive, we knew the destination would make the traveling worth it!
And, it didn’t hurt that a Bucee’s was on the way! Look at this dreamy fudge sampler that we picked up! Mmmmm mmmmm!!!…
About an hour before we got there, this snotty nosed stinker pot gave us a run for our money! But, we made it.
And, when we arrived, we were so excited to be greeted by Nana, Pawpaw AND Aunt Boogie, Michael and Ava!!! We kept it a secret from Q and Michael and they were so excited to see each other!
The weekend consisted of dancing…
Wrestling…
Sharing toys…
Sharing bathtime…
There were fun moments with the big pups…
Funny moments at the Swamp Shack…
And, lots of fun memories made at Kemah…
The highlights of the Kemah trip were riding the Boardwalk Express, Quinn’s light up machine gun sussy from Pawpaw and the green lizard named “Poe” that Daddy won him!
{These pics of our sweaty crew in the train crack me up!!!}
And, as an extra special treat, Uncle Ron came over to see us all! … Thank you, Nana and Pawpaw, for hosting a super fun weekend with so many little munchkins running around! Thanks to you, so many sweet cousin memories were made!!!
