We had a great Mother’s Day weekend! …It was low-key and easy! Mammer and Slickpaw were here all weekend…and we played, ate out TONS, napped, laughed at Q, shopped, and Matt & I even got to go on a fabulous date with the Ross’. On Sunday, we went to church, (where Q made me the sweetest card) ate at our favorite little mexican food place and came home to open gifts and relax at home. Being a mommy is such a blessing and I am so thankful for this day that reminds me that I have the best job in the world!

We got Mammer this frame and fun monogrammed necklace. She loved them both! …

 

And, I think my family got Mother’s Day confused with Christmas, because I got WAY too much! … Mom took me shopping on Saturday (2 1/2 hours in ONE store!!!…I had to take advantage of being “babyless!” The guys could have never done it and will NEVER understand it!) and got me the cutest clothes and necklaces. … They also got me some fun cosmetic bags, “P” washcloths, lots of new tea cups to add to my collection, a fun corner shelf, a new re-usable bag, and Twilight! WOW!

   Matt and Q outdid themselves as well!!! I got 3 PRECIOUS cards and an amazing start to my pitcher collection! I love the way it looks above my cabinets. …But, the most precious moment was while we were eating dinner. Q looked over at me, and, with no prompting, said, “Happy Muhver’s Day, Momma!” He had the biggest grin on his little face. What a precious little love!
