ROY G. BIV

The past week, we have used these cool bath color tablets to jazz up bathtime a little bit. I have felt like quite the teacher...teaching Q about his colors by only playing with toys that are the same color as the water, getting him the Meet the Colors DVD (so good, by the way) and a cool new Melissa & Doug color Fish puzzle, and by singing the Frog Street Press color songs OVER and OVER! He loves it and loves splashing in the crazy kool-aid colored water! He's getting pretty good at repeating the color words...now he just has to learn to point them out!!! We'll keep working! :)

Ok, when did Q's little face change to a big boy face. He looks so grown up. It is literally almost like overnight. I just saw him like 2 wks ago....

What a great idea. I might have to copy you... Camden knows how to say all the colors and will often say "see the purple frog," or "I want the pink candy" even though she is olding an orange piece. Maybe this cute idea will help the light bulb come on;) You are such a sweet and creative mommy. Quinn is blessed!

Shut UP! So stinkin' cute. I mean, I know I'll be all about trying to teach things like this to our kids, but I seriously won't be as creative. Such a fun idea!

Hi Brittney,
I've just been catching up on the The Poe Fam -- thanks so much for your kind thoughts and words as I go through one of life's rough patches. (melanie told me you took the time to call - so sweet!)
take care,
Laura
