Meant to be BUDS!

So, to be really honest, I'm not much of a "blog stalker." I am so lucky to have so many of my friends that have blogs that I don't really have time to read the friend of a friend's blog! But, ever since sweet Cara made a comment on my blog months ago, I haven't been able to stop reading. Reading about her sweet baby Landon...who is TOO cute...and seeing pics of their precious family was so much fun! So, after many back and fourth comments and me getting the feeling that she and I (and our boys) would just make the greatest friends, we decided to meet. It felt like a blind date...we planned to meet at noon at Peter Piper Pizza. ... We arrived first and played for a while as we waited for our new friends. And, when they walked through the door, Q and I walked over to give them big hugs! Then, Cara and I couldn't believe our eyes...Quinn and Landon were wearing the exact same T-shirt!!! I mean, what are the odds? It's not like it was a shirt from Gap, Old Navy or Target...I'd never seen another kid have this shirt!!! And, for Q and L to wear it on the same day...when they were meeting each other for the first time...they were meant to be buds!!! The rest of the playdate consisted of yummy pizza, lots of mommy talking, flashing pics and some play time. It was too much fun and I felt that I had known Cara for always! And, Quinn and Landon make pretty cute little buddies, if I do say so myself! :)

Cara and Landon, Thank you for our fun playdate, for our awesome Oodles of Bubbles, and for being our new friends! We loved our time together and can't wait to hang out again really soon!
