People that know...

...are starting to notice the bump. YAY! Yesterday at school my kids kept wanting to "touch the baby." I had a few that would have lovingly rubbed my tummy all day if I would have let them. I had one little girl claim that she could feel the head. ... So funny!

Sweet little sound...

Today, we went for our second doctor's visit and there's a little heartbeat inside of me. We got to hear it for the first time today and it was so sweet! She found him/her right away and said that he/she was moving away! The Poe baby is about the size of a lime right now and is 'perfect' according to the doctor. It was great to hear her say that word today when talking about me and our sweet baby. We go again in 4 weeks and then 3 weeks after that we will FINALLY learn what our baby is and can stop calling it an "it!" I'm dying to know! Anyway, thank you for all of you that are praying for our sweet baby...keep it up...it's working!
And, yes, that is my crazy husband in the "girl doctor" spot!!! Thankfully no one walked in while he was doing this!

I'm starting to show...

Well...I'm 10 weeks and getting "poochy!" It's so weird! My clothes still fit fine but I can definitely tell a HUGE difference! I'm feeling pretty good...just super tired! My parents came in town this weekend and mom and dad took me shopping for some maternity clothes...felt like old times when we used to shop for 'back to school' clothes! It was fun and made me ready to really look pregnant! (I even tried on "the belly" at one maternity store...mom couldn't stop laughing!) Anyway, stay posted for updates...and a growing belly...

Moving right along...

Well, I'm now at 9...almost 10...weeks and things are 'so far so good!' I am more tired than I have ever been in my life but am not feeling as sick as I was there for a while. I have a pretty good appetite and crave the craziest things...the craziest being Bueno's Strawberry Drink...mmmm mmmm!!! Anyway, I feel that I'm starting to have a little bump/pooch. It's fun to think that I'm starting to kind of show but not fun to feel fat. Oh well...It's worth it! I'll keep you posted and will post a belly pic soon!
